SwitchMinder is an integral component of Soft-ex RingMaster Call Management. It enables you to analyse and warn of any exceptional or potentially fraudulent call activity. The software is installed on a PC connected to the PBX. Information is collected from the PBX regarding all inbound and outbound telephone activities, which is then captured by SwitchMinder. Optional buffer units can be used to provide total data security.
SwitchMinder applies multiple rules concurrently. Each rule allows multiple tests to be set up which allows calls to be matched to a very wide range of criteria, accumulated and checked against the parameters that you have defined. Administrators can access the system remotely if they need more information following an SMS or email alert and SwitchMinder can raise alerts for any PBXs in a multi-site network. |
