Soft-ex® has just announced the release of a new Telecom Data Intelligence solution (TDI) that combines telecoms data collected from telcos and their enterprise clients. This creates an agile data bridge that drives telco data analytics and intelligence, while supporting data monetisation and delivering an enhanced customer experience for their enterprise clients.
Soft-ex's TDI solutions directly address the pressing demand for advanced telecoms data intelligence solutions in the market. According to recent research from the Yankee Group, the TDI market is worth €1.2bn globally; it anticipates that sales and marketing focused solutions such as TDI to be among the highest growth sectors within the overall Business Intelligence market.
