Leading global provider of advanced Voice Management Solutions, Soft-ex has announced a number of major European client wins, following the launch of its innovative Optimiser Telecom Expense Management (TEM) hosted service.
Latest clients to roll out Soft-ex’s innovative yet robust TEM service include BAE, Shire, and the Irish Revenue Commissioners. “These major successes for our market-leading TEM solution reinforce the strength of our broader client portfolio, which includes major government organisations and FTSE 100 companies in the defence, finance, pharmaceutical and retail sectors,” confirms ceo, Ian Sparling. “Existing Soft-ex global hosted clients include, for example, KPMG, Alliance & Leicester, PWC, BAA, Prudential and Microsoft.”
