How it works
SwitchMinder continuously checks for fraud by analysing call data activity around the clock.
Sensitive, user-defined detectors immediately pick up potential fraud and send a warning to a specified person within your organisation.
Whether it is the telecom's or network security manager, you can pre-define to alert the correct individual or group of individuals within the organisation. So they can then react effectively to the warnings.
Installation:
The software is installed on a PC connected to the PBX.
Information is collected from the PBX regarding all inbound and outbound telephone activities, which is then captured by SwitchMinder.
Optional buffer units can be used to provide total data security.
Multiple Rules
SwitchMinder applies multiple rules concurrently.
Each rule lets multiple tests to be set up. This allows calls to be matched to a very wide range of criteria, which is then accumulated and checked against the parameters that you have defined.
Administrators can then access the system remotely, if they need more information following an SMS or email alert.
And SwitchMinder can also raise alerts for any PBXs in a multi-site network.
