David Morgan joined Soft-ex in February 2006, with responsibility for the Hosted Services portfolio - ensuring that the functionality and service levels matched market demands.

In April 2009, he was appointed VP Operations for the Soft-ex Group. His prime responsibility was ensuring that first class customer service was delivered for all Soft-ex products & services.

Prior to joining Soft-ex, David was at Cable and Wireless. He was their Executive Vice President of Network Services for their operations in the Caribbean, which extended across 14 countries.

He also served as a Director on the Boards of the Cable & Wireless operations in Barbados, Trinidad, St. Kitts and Nevis. And he was the Chairman of the Cable & Wireless operation in Grenada.

David has a 1st class honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is also a Chartered Engineer. And he has a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
