Declan joined Soft-ex in 1994 as Software Developer with a C++ and Windows development background.

He has guided the team responsible for keeping the company’s product portfolio at the leading edge, both with changing delivery platforms and feature set.

Declan holds an honours degree in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
