The latest release of RingMaster will deliver granular visibility and billing insight on performance, infrastructure and costs to enterprise and public sector customers of Soft-ex’s key channel partners such as BT, KPN, eir, Capita & Flexity. RingMaster 5.7 integrates with all major UC platforms such as Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS), Microsoft Skype for Business, Avaya, Broadsoft and Mitel, to name but a few. This offering will enable end users to report on user adoption levels of UC and measure and analyse key performance indicators such as instant messaging, voice, video, voice messaging, desktop sharing and conferencing. RingMaster’s latest performance reports show how accessible the enterprise is to customers. The report statistics enable setting optimisation targets for call handling; operator staffing levels; and incoming call response times in customer-facing departments.
