Soft-ex have just released an exciting new feature within our UC Voice Analytics solution for Microsoft Teams that delivers a visual flow chart of the Call Journey across all the Call Queues. This capability has been requested by many Microsoft Teams customers who want to understand the reachability they present to their customers. Soft-ex provide this visualisation by ‘stitching together’ the individual call events into a whole call journey, to ensure simple and correct representation of incoming calls and customer reachability.
